The location near the beach is a highlight. The triple room was nice, although the layout was a bit unusual with the shower opposite a third bed, which could have been awkward for a full occupancy. On the downside, the lack of a wardrobe and tea-making facilities in the room detracted from the comfort, and the communal bathroom felt cramped. Still, it works well for a short stay, especially for families looking for access to beach activities.

The owner was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi for us just when we needed it. The communal garden was a lovely suntrap to relax in before heading to town.

The location is pretty convenient, with Boscombe Beach just a short walk away, and the outdoor space for breakfast was a nice touch. the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the facilities like the shared ironing board were quite inconvenient. It was nice to have late check-in, but the first impression was marred by some unpleasant smells in the common areas.

Had a wonderful night in a comfortable double room. The shower, though compact, was functional! Enjoyed the nearby cafes-particularly the one with really good breakfast options! Pro tip, Arrive early to secure parking in the area. A great spot to unwind with friends.
